About Graham
I am an independent business coach and troubleshooter working with small and medium businesses across the South of England.
Who needs a business coach? It can be argued that everyone does (see the video opposite from Eric Schmidt – CEO Google 2001-2015) but, in the main, my clients tend to be ones facing one or more business challenges.
Why me? Because I have 15 years’ experience working with over 75 companies in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and other locations in the south of England.
How do I work?
As an independent business coach, my methods will identify and quantify the issues that are holding your business back. I will then put in place the tools to change the business in a way that will overcome the issues and track the progress being made. This will improve performance over time and put you back in control of your business.
I can work with you in two ways
Ongoing Support
After an initial session to establish a plan, I will meet with you for a day or a half day on a monthly, bi-monthly, or even quarterly basis, either at your premises or off-site at a location of your choice to ensure that continual improvements are implemented and progress is tracked.
Projects
A one off engagement to tackle a particular problem or review your business and produce an analysis and business plan.
Commitment
I will commit to work with you for as long as you can see the value I add. In return I don’t ask that you commit to me for any longer than one meeting at a time. I haven’t lost a client yet and they all stay with me because I continually add value – not because they are contractually bound.
