How Do I Help?

'iuvare' is the latin verb to help. The kind of help I provide is;

• Developing the company vision and the strategy.

• Preparing spreadsheets which set out the viability of the business case.

• Preparing a business plan (often to secure funding).

• Undertaking a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).

• Understanding the Company's USPs (Unique Selling Points)

• Helping to implement the plan.

• Tracking progress through the use of spreadsheets which track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

• Financial forecasting (e.g. cashflow projections).

• Becoming part of the management team.

• Preparing proposals and presentations to win large contracts.

• Assisting with recruitment.

• Mentoring and coaching.

• Exit planning.

How do I work?

I offer two types of engagements;

a) working two days a month on an ongoing retainer basis which can be at your premises or off-site.

or

b) working on a fixed-price arrangement for a specific project, for example to produce the spreadsheets involved in reviewing the profitability of a business as well as producing a business plan in MS Word.

Either way, I would start with a 2 hour discussion about the business and its current pressure points. There is no charge for this and is undertaken without any obligation.
