The principles of running a successful business are very similar irrespective of the sector. I have been working with several of my clients since starting in 2005.

Legal Practice

We always joked that introducing Graham was the only positive thing we could say about our bank J. Indeed we think it was probably the only thing we could thank our bank for. Working with Graham completely changed our views and opened our eyes to the running a successful business.

Graham used to attend once a month as our unofficial non-executive Director. We would review all aspects of the Company sales, quotes, conversion, finances, marketing etc. Jeff and I used to be running around like headless chickens the day before Graham was due in but it was what we needed!

When Graham started working with us in June 2005 we we’re exactly sure how he could help us but we quickly came to the conclusion that we wouldn’t want to run the business without him. Indeed he was instrumental in putting together a sales proposal for a well known truck brand which would save them £1m/year and make us money too. He presented this to the truck company at their premises and the proposal was accepted.
